Sarah enjoys making arts and crafts and has been an active tjarnpi (grass) weaver. She also makes purnu (wood) carvings and gumnut seed jewellery. Sarah’s art practice themes include the Seven Sisters, Tjitji Kutjara (the story of two boys from the country around Jameson), and Tali (sandhill).
In this painting, Sarah has depicted the country west of Warburton, on the road to Laverton. This country belongs to her husband.
