RETAIL RETURN POLICY. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund or replacement within 14 days of receipt of your order. You do not need a reason, changing your mind is good enough.  You will only need to return to us for a full refund. If the goods are faulty we will replace and will send you a return postage label for the faulty item. Please advise us as soon as possible if your purchase is not suitable, late returns can cause an issue with royalties and if it is a significant purchase this can be disappointing for the artist. We try to contain the sale and the return within the royalty payment period, you can help us by letting us know in a timely manner.Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unwashed, and unaltered) with the tags attached and/or in the original packaging, i.e. please return exactly as you recieved .  We can’t accept returns without the original labelling.  Please allow 21 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed.  It can take a full 14 days to get back to us and then we need time to process.  When mailing your return parcel, please use the following address:BETTER WORLD ARTS RETURNS.  96 South Tce Wingfiled 5015 Australia.
