Retail Refund & Returns Policy – Better World Arts At Better World Arts, we prioritise your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and flexible refund and returns policy for our retail customers. Return & Refund Conditions You may return your item for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order—no reason needed. We understand that sometimes you just change your mind. If your item arrives faulty, incorrect or damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return postage label. Please notify us as soon as possible if your purchase is not suitable. Timely returns help us manage artist royalties effectively, especially for significant art purchases. All returned items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags or packaging intact. We cannot accept returns without original labels as we can’t resell and don’t make labels inhouse, they are applied at point of production. Processing Time Please allow up to 21 business days for your return or exchange to be processed. Shipping can take up to 14 days, and we need time to handle your request once the item is received. How to return Better World Arts Returns We have enclosed a return slip with your original purchase.  If this has been lost, no worries, just email us at orders@betterworldarts.com.au and a new one will be sent promptly.  (we put in a return slip with every item.
